Mölnlycke (Sweden) bordered foam dressing, designed for wounds with moderate to heavy exudate, especially suitable for hard-to-bandage areas like joints.
Patented Flex Technology: Y-shaped incisions allow the dressing to stretch 360° in all directions, conforming to active joints such as knees, elbows, and heels, and resisting dislodgement.
Safetac® soft silicone adhesive layer: Pain-free removal, does not pull on skin or stick to the wound, reducing pain during dressing changes.
Seals the wound edges, preventing exudate leakage and reducing the risk of skin maceration.
Five-layer structure with strong fluid retention: Effectively absorbs and locks in exudate, preventing backflow even under pressure.
Oval design: Edges are less likely to curl, providing a better fit to body contours.
Suitable for: Pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, traumatic wounds, surgical incisions, diabetic foot ulcers, and various other wounds.

Instructions for Use and Change Frequency

Clean the wound and allow the skin to dry completely.
Peel off the protective film, center the dressing over the wound, and apply naturally.
The back of the dressing has a grid pattern, allowing direct observation of exudate spread.
Change the dressing when exudate spreads to approximately 2cm from the edge, eliminating the need for frequent checks.
Depending on the amount of exudate, it can be used for up to 7 days.
