How to use adult diaper inserts:

1. Place the insert at the bottom center of the diaper, ensuring correct positioning.
2. Have the user lie down, unfold the folded sides of the insert, and roll the user so that the center of the insert aligns with the middle of the user's waist and hips.
3. Pull the crotch area to the elastic fold. First, attach the lower pair of adhesives upwards, tighten the top of the crotch, ensure the higher pair of adhesives are attached diagonally downwards, and check if the thigh edges are too tight, ensuring the insert is correctly positioned.
