Hot and Cold Use

1. Hot compress: Recommended temperature of 40℃ ~ 50℃, ensuring it does not harm the skin.

Hot water heating: Immerse the pad in hot water below 80°C for about 10 to 15 minutes before use.
* If soaking in a container, avoid direct contact between the pad and the bottom of the container.
* Do not boil this product in boiling water.
 

2. Cold compress: Place the pad in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes before use.
* Keep the pad dry and store in a cool place when not in use.
